Tabatu started as a personal project — a place to bookmark the browser games worth playing. We got tired of game portals stuffed with autoplay ads, fake play buttons, and shovelware. So we built the site we always wanted: fast, clean, honest.
We're a small team of lifelong gamers who've been playing browser games since Flash was the only option. Every game on Tabatu gets played by at least one of us before it goes live — we check the controls, test the difficulty, and make sure it actually runs without crashing. If a game is broken or boring, it doesn't make the cut.
How We Pick Games
Every game gets a real play session before publishing. We don't just embed and forget — we write honest reviews based on real experience.
If a game takes more than 5 seconds to load or stutters on a mid-range laptop, it doesn't make the cut. Browser games should be instant.
We skip low-effort clickers, broken ports, and anything that tries to trick you into downloading something. Clean games only.
We revisit games regularly to check they still work and update our reviews when games get patched or improved.
Our Mission
We believe the best games are the ones you can jump into in 10 seconds. No launcher, no update queue, no account wall. Just open a tab and play. Tabatu exists to make that as easy as possible — a single place where every game just works, every review is honest, and nothing is trying to upsell you.
We support our work through non-intrusive advertising via Google AdSense. Ads help keep the site free and the servers running. We never use popups, autoplay video ads, or anything that gets between you and the game.
